Copy of the resolution to confer Freedom of the Borough of East Ham on Mrs Annie Taylor J.P., 24^th January 1950. In recognition of the eminent services rendered to the public and to the Borough, for more than 21 years as a member of the council from 1^st November 1927 to 24th May 1949. And as Mayor during the year 1937/38. Being the first woman to attain the Mayoralty of the County Borough. (acceptance attached)
