Joy Laguda
Joy Laguda is a member for Plaistow North Ward of Newham.
Councillor Laguda joined Newham Council in 1998 and became Civic Ambassador for the 2003-04 municipal year. In 2010 Joy was awarded the MBE in the Queen's Birthday honours list at a ceremony at Buckingham Palace.
