Old main entrance gates to house off Forest Lane, Stratford, was St Pauls vicarage. Entrance disused and boarded up in this photo.

Chinese Gate

This entrance gateway to a new Chinese Cash & Carry certainly brightens up Factory Road at North Woolwich. The roof is made of ceramic tiles.

Hearse at East London Cemetery.

Old hearse at East London Cemetery gates.

Essex Lodge, Greengate Street, Plaistow, a gabled cottage in the typical Tudor style of c1840. It incorporates a shell hood over the front door and outer gates from Essex House which was demolished in 1836. It is now used as a doctors surgery.
