Albert Road (13) - houses

North Woolwich and Silvertown contained a variety of housing types. These two neat three-storey houses with their iron railings stood in Albert Road, North Woolwich and date from 1899.

Red House, Upton Lane.

The Red House, Upton Lane, has been traced from the 18th century, but was reconstructed in a florid style in the 1870s.

Gallions Hotel. September 1971.

Gallions Hotel, Gallions Road, (off Manor Way) built 1881-1883 by the London and St Katherine's Dock Company to serve passengers using the P&O line from the Royal Albert Dock. Outwardly restored it has been vacant since 1972 and is now hidden in the new development at the marina.
